MXROS Inc. designs and builds a variety of LOGGING equipment. These include skid, truck and trailer mounted systems.

Individual components are available for in-house construction or retrofitting of older units.

All components come complete with a full operations and maintenance manual including assembly drawings, bills of materials and trouble shooting schematics.

All painted surfaces are sand blasted  and painted in catalyzed polyurethane.

 Standard configurations:

 

  • The unit features an all steel skid and lifting frame.

  • The control cabin is all aluminum with diamond plate floor and safety glass windows.

  • The Power Pack is on a separate and removable skid.

  • The reel is a light weight steel design.

  • The console features an engraved stainless control panel.

  • The cabin holds two full height electronic packs.

  • The power pack features a 10 kw generator.

  • Various levelwind and measuring combinations are available.

 

Assembly

 

 

  • The frame is of all steel with an all aluminum insulated cabin.

  • The system is skid mounted with crash bars and lifting frame. 

  •  The operator console is complete with all instrumentation and controls for system operation the unit. 

  • The overall layout of the unit is designed for easy maintenance and operation.
