MXROS Inc. designs and builds special and customer designed pump skids. These units range from small 25 HHP electrically driven hydraulic systems for powering logging reels, to large 1500 HHP frac trailers.  MXROS Inc. can build any configuration pump skid for pumping media from cement slurry to fracturing and acidizing fluids. MXROS Inc. also has a rebuild and refurbishment program for customers who wish to upgrade older units or bring units out of storage which have been moth balled.

All skids come complete with a full operations and maintenance manual including assembly drawings, bills of materials and trouble shooting schematics.On older units, MXROS Inc. creates new documentation where previously none existed. Surfaces are sand blasted to white metal and painted in catalyzed polyurethane.  On rebuilds, steel members with 25% or greater corrosion are replaced with new.

• The steel framework includes roof mounted lifting eyes and crash frame.
• Control and monitoring consoles are fully instrumented engraved stainless steel.
